快速叉烧馅

Quick Char Siu (BBQ pork)filling

Step 1
300 g Mince pork
1 table spoon Hong Kong Lee Kum Kee Char Siu sauce
half tablespoonLee Kum Kee oyster sauce
1 tablespoon Cooking wine
1 tablespoon corn starch
1 tablespoon water

Max all the above ingredients in a bowl.

Step 2:
5 cm fresh leek, sliced
1/4 onion , sliced.

Step 3:
1.Heat a pan, pour in 1 table spoon oil.
2.Fry the leek and onion until fragrant but not burn.
3.Pour in the Pork mixture and stir fry 15 minutes. Done.

Serving sugestion :
1. With plain rice.
2.With Bread.
3.Roll out a shortcrust pastry or puff pastry, Fill in the above Char Siu pork and make like a pocket,
bake in pre-heat oven at 200'C for 20 minutes. Done.
